UNILAG LMS which is popular referred to as the University of Lagos learning management system has been launched by UNILAG due to the study gap created by the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, which is also inline with the directive of the ministry of Education. They has instructed that universities should go into online lecturing so they can meet up with the UNILAG Academic Calendar.

The UNILAG LMS was created to allow students to be able to access their lectures online and from home. This makes it possible for students to access all thier registered courses.
